Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 working hours from Almería. Delivery takes 24 to 72 working hours within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Yes, shipping is free for orders over €50. Below this amount, we apply a flat rate of €4.99.

Yes. Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also view all your orders in your account under "My Orders".

We currently operate in Spain. International expansion is coming soon. Contact us for urgent international shipments.

Subscriptions

You automatically receive your coffee every month. Billing is recurring via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account area under "My Subscription" with no penalty.

Subscribe to one of our capsule plans for 12 consecutive months and we give you a free Nespresso® compatible machine. Track your progress in real time from your account.

Yes. Let us know in your account under "My Subscription" or contact us before the 20th of the month and we apply the change from the next shipment.

On the same day of the month you activated your subscription. You receive an email 3 days before each payment.

Yes, for up to 2 consecutive months without losing your plan conditions. Message us on WhatsApp or through your account.

Customer Account

Enter your email at /mi-cuenta/login and we send you a secure one-click access link. No password needed.

Yes, anyone can sign up with their email. If you already have orders or subscriptions, they will appear automatically linked to your account.

View your orders and their status, manage your subscription, track your progress towards the free coffee machine, update your delivery address and save your coffee preferences (blend, grind, frequency).

Coffee Quiz

A free 5-question tool that analyses your brewing method, favourite flavours, caffeine habits, consumption moment and quantity to recommend the Siglo de Oro coffee that best fits you. No registration, instant results.

Our recommendation engine scores all our products against your profile and returns the top 3 matches. It is a guide, not a definitive test, but it gets it right in most cases.

About our coffee

In Almería (Andalusia, Spain) at our artisan facility. We roast in small batches to guarantee freshness and consistency in every bag.

We roast to order or in short weekly cycles. Your coffee arrives 3–10 days after roasting — the optimal window for drinking.

Our signature blend, developed after years of cupping sessions. Beans from different origins selected for a balanced profile with notes of dark chocolate, nuts and a long finish.

Compatible with all Nespresso® Original machines (Essenza, Inissia, Pixie, CitiZ, Lattissima, Creatista). Not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo.

Payments & Security

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We handle returns and exchanges without hassle.
